Ingredients:

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

½ cup melted butter

2 packs full-fat cream cheese (approximately 450g)

1 cup sugar

3 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup cream

1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)

Instructions:

Prepare the crust: Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press the mixture into the base of a baking pan. Refrigerate for 10 minutes to set the crust.

Prepare the filling: Beat together the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract, cream, and lemon juice (if using).

Bake: Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F). Pour the cream cheese mixture over the prepared crust and bake for 50-60 minutes until the center is slightly jiggly. Leave the oven door closed for 1 hour to prevent cracking. Then, remove the cake and let it cool to room temperature.

Set: Refrigerate the cake for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.

Serve: Once chilled, slice and serve. Optionally, top with fresh fruit, chocolate chips, or caramel sauce.


For a chocolate layer, melt chocolate and incorporate it into the cream cheese filling.

For a berry layer, add fresh berries on top or use a berry compote for decoration.

For a coffee flavor, mix in coffee powder into the filling.

For a citrus twist, add lemon or orange zest and juice to the filling.
